On successful download, the application will initiate an automatic user registration as the second step. When callers trigger the call request a data packet is sent to the Cable&Wireless Worldwide network, which in turn initiates the call with both parties via the PSTN. Once you accept the callback, the C&W Worldwide switch will initiate the second leg of the call to the party you are calling and both the legs are connected. Conference calls are also connected in the same way.
